Running a small business, it is really hard to get breaks from the reliance on screens and tech. Don't get us wrong, over the last 20 years digital tech has revolutionised the way we can operate in surveying (and we love it), BUT we do now like to think very carefully about Digital Wellbeing and take some timeout.

Mark's day today has included a morning coffee and face-to-face chat with other small Surveying businesses, with no digital tech!
And this evening he will be going for a group 'Hash' - a mystery route run following a trail in the dark (or, to be fair, probably a walk). A first for him, not really sure what to expect; except no screen, digital maps, or GPS for this one.
The irony of you reading this on a digital platform is not lost, but heyho, if it encourages you away from a screen later, then it'll be well worth it.
