For defect reports, we will normally provide a two-stage approach, initial appraisals that will be low-cost with capped involvement to assess the situation, followed by further detailed investigations and repair guidance where needed.
For over 20 years we specialised in detailed reports for prospective house purchases. The 'market' has changed over the years and in the 'modern age' the trend and need for 'rapid turn-around' and 'AI-assisted' reports is gaining traction. So our focus now is not on providing pre-purchase reports, but reviewing reports by others that are not meeting the necessary Home Survey Standards, which of course ties-in with our dispute areas of expertise.
