​First request a no-obligation fee quotation, in many instances we'll be able to provide a fixed fee so you'll know exactly what cost to expect, we'll explain what is covered and what is not.
Once you've accepted the quotation, we'll share with you our 'live' calendar availability, so you can choose and book a visit for a date and time to suit you.
The Surveyor will then visit as arranged, talk through the matter with you, and inspect what needs looking at. After they're done on the day, they will move to the reporting stage, and guide you along the path of any further involvement that is necessary.
